Voice vs Subliminal vs Binaural

I'm just curious of the advantages and disadvantages of using regular, voiced files vs subliminal and binaural files.

Voice files are pretty strong, the down side to them though is you need to set aside the time to go into trance.

Subliminals you can listen to over and over and not have to be in trance, the downside though is they are not very strong and some of the excess sound can be very annoying.

Binnaurals can be very strong but just as Voice, you need the time to trance and also for them to work best you need a set of headphones.
