Do Hypnosis Aids help?

I am new and I have just been closing my eyes while trying to trance (not sure if I have yet). Do my eyes need to be closed? and would Hypnosis Aids help?

Don't worry too much about whether you have or not. It doesn't feel the same for everybody, and may not always feel the same for any given person. Don't try to do it, just let what happens, happen.

No, but if you're more comfortable closing them, then close them.

It doesn't matter if your eyes are closed or not. The exception of course is if the person doing the hypnosis tells you to close them :). If the person doing the hypnosis tells you to close them, just let them drop and enjoy the relaxation if they are still open :).

I like closing my eyes more.... Having them open is really annoying during these files.
