Would there be any benefit to listening to the same hypnosis file over and over in a row?

If the suggestion in the file is something that your subconcious agrees with and will follow then yes.The more you listen the more the files work is the general rule.

You probably should not listen more than twice in a single sitting. Otherwise your mind will start to memorize the file and tune it out, and it will stop working.

I think that happens to me just from regular suggestions. And there's no other file that I know of that does the same thing. :(
