I try to tell everyone just starting out to look at the most popular inductions by the most prolific authors and just find an induction you like. Listen to it every day, more than once a day, if you have the time. Let your mind get used to that induction and relax into it, letting the file guide you ever deeper into trance.
You may also listen to another file that you want to work, but make sure to keep that a secondary consideration. Listen to it only if you've listened to your induction. Try to schedule a specific time of day, preferably in the morning, to do this for 2-3 weeks. After three weeks, lets us know if you don't see results.
Other than that Country, just try to just relax and enjoy the sensations of obedience and relaxation. That's right, give it up for your Tist - they are going to say the same thing each and every time anyway, so you can always trust your Tist's file to do exactly what it said to you the first time, each and every time you use it.
After you have found a file or two you like, try not to analyze or even listen to them TOO hard and you may find that you are going deeper into trance sooner than you thought would ever happen. If you can only learn to enjoy the sensations of trance, you will probably find that the process is actually much easier and more pleasurable than you ever thought it could be.
Happy Trancing!
