I don't know if I can be hypnotised. When I listen to files I relaxe and fall asleep. If I don't fall asleep I get board and stop actively listening. I'm very logical. I can put my slef to sleep by lieing in bed and repeatly thinking "sleep". I can get distracted easyly and zone out when I'm not listening to a file. I prefure to lie down when I listen to files because its the most physically confortable, because my legs and lower back hurt or ache most of the time and I have to move to get confortable again.
Now for my question. I see a lot of files to help with these problems. What would you guys sugest the files, order and lenght of use to help me get good results from the meat and potatos files?
I only can download free files and any help can be used.
