I'm totally new to the concept of the Hypnosis fetish thing. Im trying EMG's Tentacle Rape file, (which I love.) but I cant feel relaxed, nor obidiant.

I really want to feel what the Files says, it's sounds so arousing.


The question is, How can I easily hypnotise myself?


One more thing, I think it's because I think alot. Usually a lot of thoughts go around in my head.
