Different File, Same Effect? Setbacks?

Postby Deemreo » April 16th, 2011, 1:59 pm

Just a quick question that I want the input from the community on.

If you have a file that's going for a particular effect, like transformation; and you switch to another file that's going for virtually the same effect, would that set you back in the progress that you've made?

Using the transformation for example, if you had one file that 'transformed' you, and you switched to a different style of file that still 'transformed' you to essentially the same thing, would you have to wait a full four to six weeks before you start seeing changes, or would it just be additional progress on the time that you listened to the first file?

Cheers,

It would depend on the person. Hypnosis is not anything even close to medical or biological. It's a psychological phenomena that isn't very thoroughly studied.

Since the 4-6 weeks thing is in and of itself not a definitive construct, whether you switched files would help or hinder is also not definitive.

Unless you must get your results as soon as possible then I would recommend trying to listen to multiple files and if it ends up hindering then to stick to one file.
