Heartbeat while being hypnotised

Postby violinmadness » December 21st, 2011, 3:16 am

When i'm being hypnotised i find my heartbeats become very intense to a point where my body sort of shakes a bit with each one, this also doesn't help putting me under trance, it still works but i'm still concious of it happening. does anyone else find the same thing happens with them?

My 2 cents: that sounds like a bit of an adrenaline rush. Firstly, try some of the more 'mundane' files first, to get used to going into trance. After a few times, you'll probably find yourself still excited about hypnosis, but not too excited. The other thing that may help, is posture. Are you trying the files lying down? Sometimes sitting up may help. And again, this would just be to help you enter trance, get used to it, and then perhaps lie down when you aren't so excitable.
