I'm curious about these files. Do you have to concentrate on them when you listen to them or do you just listen to them and the stuff works?

Isn't it the point that you can go about your normal business? After all, if you need to concentrate, it wouldn't be a SUBliminal. Personally, I do need to concentrate, and the "music" hurts my ears, so I concentrate on the regular versions. So, yeah, you probably don't need to concentrate on a sub.
