Failing that record your own file getting rid of it. Hypnosis is what your willing to believe. If you believe the effect is gone it's gone.

I think it depends. The longer you've listened the harder it is to change back. I imagine that if you just stop listening and most if not all of the effects will slowly leave. Unless your ass and waist look like J. Lo.
