Hey, I know this is kind of the opposite subject of this site, but does anybody know of a file that causes people to feel sick and cause pain to a person when they masturbate or look at porn? I'm trying out nofap to get back some of the color in my emotions in life. I've gone several weeks before without PMOing and have partially felt the color of life seep back into my life. But alas I have fallen back into old habits, but I want to find a way to stop it for good.

I am going to speak only about the request to feel sick, or feel pain, etc. whenever you masturbate or look at porn:

You do NOT need anything THAT painful to stop those activities. All you need is a good hypnotist to take you to the Somnambulistic level of trance and give the subconscious orders to not let you get hard or be able to cum any more no matter what you or anyone else tries to do to sexually arouse you ot to make you hard or to cum.

Once that suggestion has been fixed in the mind, the ability to make yourself hard (ever try to masturbate with a limp cock?) or to become sexually aroused by anything you or anyone esle says or does or by viewing porn will have no effect/affect and you will remain non-sexual as soon as you give up trying and having absolutely no success at getting aroused any more.

While he is at it, he can work on the other things you desire as well.

I posted a reply to this thread before, but it was lost due to the server crash last year. I'll repeat my point.
If you want to fulfill this laundry list of desires, you need to meditate a lot. It will give you that overall bonus to all your attributes.
Besides that, I would focus on each one for a full month, listening to the same file each day for the whole month.
