Hi i am having serious trouble trancing i need to get a trigger for trance and take commands can anyone recommend anything to help me?.

The best known is the "Bubble Induction" by Lutz. It includes an embedded trigger to take you into a totally obedient state. The trigger is VERY well known; however, so if you use it and it takes, virtually anyone will be able to control you.
