Can anyone here give me that little push?

I have listened to the non-curse version once, nothing happened other than getting super aroused. I am unsure how many times I will have to listen for it to start working. Feels like Russian roulette at the moment. I want it, I really do, but dang. It's really hard to get the balls to do it.
