Looking for file suggestions for my Girlfriend

We are looking to use hypnosis to help spice things up in the bedroom. I have some past experience using the e-mail slave file with strangers on this site. I'm looking for something that will allow me to set triggers myself, put her into a trance myself (so I don't have to rely solely on the files). Is the e-mail slave file the best option. Or is there something else I should look into?

Probably could use a file like "blank" that just gives a basic trance trigger or could even just get an induction file to have her listen to then set a timer to know when it is done playing and take over.

I should have mentioned this. We're only able to be together on the weekends. So something that would allow for strengthening even while we're apart is probably a good idea

Then something like email slave or imaccept could also be useful in that you could send her stuff during the week in anticipation of weekends.

Could also just record your own suggestions/triggers and have her listen to it in a playlist that also includes an introduction and awakener.
