Silent Subliminals

Can anyone help me make some silent subliminal audio? I have affirmations and have tried creating silent subliminals in audacity. I have no idea if they work or if they can be played on an iphone. Perhaps someone can take my recordings and encode them?

Affirmations are powerful motivators on their own.
They stand on their own without the need for placebo affect, because that's the only benefit from subliminals... placebo effect.

Stand strong in affirmations that are true to who you are and who you are becoming.
