A sure-fire way to lucid dream

Postby Mallic » December 17th, 2005, 11:50 pm

Here's what you do. Find a day where you don't have anything to do. The day before this, go to bed around midnight (Late enough that you are slightly sleep deprived). When you wake up, just keep going to sleep. You will have several dreams, and the first one you have will be lucid. I have tested this for the last week, and it works.

That happened to me while I was sick, except all 4 of my dreams were lucid. It was strange, like I was awake and aware of the real world, but asleep at the same time.

The only way to truly become lucid every night is through deliberate practice and persistence. There are shortcuts, but there are no ultimate solutions.
