It usually takes me about 30 seconds to a minute to become fully tranced. This is probably due to hours and hours of meditating, and teaching myself how to meditate in any environment. I miss it, right now, work doesnt allow time for me to do any work at all with the files I have.

Normally it takes me around 30 seconds to a minute to get into a trance. Practicing meditation and self hypnosis (only a little) for over 14 years now helps out with that.

1 to 3 min. but then again some of the times it may be sleeping... but what can I say even if I'm not in trance I fall asleep faster and deeper than I do normally.
So either Trancing or sleeping ... 1-3 mins

Still trying here, think I came close once...
To bad I cant' listen while driving, I KNOW I can do the highway Hyp thing.
How effective are the visual spirals ect ? I have always wondered if I should be trying to keep my eyes open or closed and relaxed, any thoughts?
thx

DDebbie: I wrote something about how spirals helped me initially in another thread on the boards on the topic of help with files.
Being a lazy git, and seeing as it's 2.30am i'll just link it

The whole thread was on the same topic of not being able to trance, so maybe someone wrote something you might find helpful.
