Self hypno on the train?

I've been toying with the idea of doing a file while on the train. I have 1.5 hours to kill 5 days a week.
Thoughts?

Seems fine to me. Just be wary of your valueables.

I, personally, can think of a few things better to do on a train. The suggestion to secure your valuables is a good one, though. :-)

i often listen to mp3's on the train, not sure why but i can really turn off properly on trains
