Hello friends, me and my girlfriend were curious about this whole hypnosis thing and so she tried one out since it seemed pretty harmless.

so she listened to it for a day and lo and behold effects are already taken into place.
we got our answer on as to "if it really works" now but how do we remove it? from what i found around is that we just have to stop listening to it (way ahead of you), and something about breaking habits/commands?
