i have a little problem

I have a problem recently after hearing one file, of muttley 'accept yourself as a dominant'(I only heard it 1 time). I mostly hearing it because i want to be more secure of my self while beign dominant, and have the right actitude in roleplay. It worked like i wanted it but it has a side effect that has making problems in my inned mind.

Before this file i could listen other files like Bubble induction, and trance deepeners, heck even trigger files easier. Now, it's hard to me to listen anny of this files because my mind whander in other thing, analize the file, or another times i hear a voice in my mind say NO, and shut down, and can't concentrate anymore in the file.

I have what i wanted it but, now is hard to follow orders, say'd in files.

Anyone has a idea how to remove this lock, Or a solution for my problem? :S.

P.S. I been trying with self hypnosis, to have more trust in what i listen but it has an opossite effect

do be a dominate is not about being controlling even though being dominate does have controlling actions, if you were dominating your partner, and they said a safe word or want things to stop do you continue with dominating or submit, and slow things right down?

if i were to guess, you might have already had those traits before hand. they aren't bad and can actually help with trance experiences.

so aside that issue that you have, what is, everything else, that you are being, now.
