Is it possible to repeat something, physically, and in your mind that will create that?
Say, I say to myself "I cant control my bladder" if I repeat that, could it maybe cause any effect in my body?

Well, I have never had that experience.

But I have heard that when you give yourself suggestions, you want to avoid negatives like "can't" and "won't"

It's like if someone says, "Don't picture a giant purple elephant" you will immediately start to imagine a giant purple elephant.

You may want to say things like "My bladder is weak" and "I pee suddenly and with no warning."

But if you say "I can't control my bladder," your subconscious will hear "control my bladder."

I'm not a professional, though, so don't take my word as gospel.

I just googled this:

It seems to have good information on affirmations.
