I'm interested in trying text "files" for trancing and making changes. Does anyone know of any? Is such a thing available?

It definitely works to some degree, maybe more than one might expect. I tried with Robert Master's book "Mind Games". You can get into a trance while reading the stories which are inducing an Altered State of Consciousness.

You know that feeling when you're reading a really good book that you lose track of your surroundings? Its more than possible

yay, thanks Eugler - your recommendation is encouraging. i'll check out Robert Masters's book.

i feel that if i can go down via text, i won't always have to rely on headphones - and this would be helpful.

Well, I have done it by a text someone sent. Wish I had it still. I went into trance much more quickly this way than with audio. All I remember is that I had to fully agree at certain points indicated in the text.

I am much more affected by script than speech. I'd love to find someone/site that does this for feminization.
