What should I feel when I am in trance?

Postby Duravantesdelia » March 29th, 2015, 6:59 pm

Should I be able to hear and follow what the person is saying? or am I blacking out and letting them talk while my mind wanders?

I have no idea how trance is or what it should be like, so yeah. Cause I keep dozing off into space but then I alert myself to what the tist is saying, and I am not sure if I am having results because of it.

It's okay to float off and not remember listening. Whatever happens, just let it happen and do nothing. When you jolt yourself back, you jolt yourself out of trance and it stops working.

Definitely don't pull yourself back to listen to the hypnotist. Just let your mind wander. That's a trace-sign.
