Ok so I am looking for some help with getting better at being hypnotised as I can go under, but after that I don't take anything away from the trance. I thought that the best way to do this would be to 'practice' with some files that are good with specific parts of hypnosis: post hypnotic triggers; visualisation; control, ect.
My questions are as follows:
1. What parts of hypnosis would be best to start with?
2. Which files would work best with each of those parts of hypnosis, without being quite extreme (for example I have heard that the force gay file works well but that isn't something I would want)?
3. When is the best time to listen to hypnosis for it to work well and also is sitting up or lying down better?

I hope you can help and I may post my progress if people want

chewtoy's work sounds like it is exactly what you are looking for. its very safe and vanilla for the most part while still being enjoyable on its own. it covers all sorts of useful skills that will carry over to other files you listen to.

as far as what hypnosis will work best for you, it's hard to say, you kind of just have to try stuff. you will learn if you enjoy it more sitting up or laying down. i usually recommend laying down, but if you find yourself falling asleep i would recommend sitting up. what time of day works best for you is also going to require experimenting with, but again, one of the core ideas is that you want to be able to relax, but not fall asleep.
