Good Books about Hypnosis

Postby loadedkaos » April 26th, 2005, 11:49 am

Does anyone know of any good books about Hypnosis they can share with everybody.

Here's My list so far.

The Complete Idiot's Guide To Hypnosis
-Very excelent book describes what trance should feel like and goes over basic self hypnosis as well as what you should look for in a proffessional.

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind
-Not really a hypnosis book but it gives a good understanding of how the subconcious brain works, as well as some tools on changeing behavior most of it is just affirmations and such. Does have Bible refrences in it but they are practical.

Hypnosis for a Better Life
-This is really just a book of scripts that you can use to record and hypnotize yourself with haven't read the whole thing cause not all the scripts are a priority to me but I will be using most of them once I get the chance.

I'm told another good one is:

Monsters and Magical Sticks: There is No Such Thing as Hypnosis by Steven Heller and Terry Steele.

I have yet to sit down and read it for myself though.
