Optimum Level of Trance?

Hi,
I was just wondering if any of the 'tists that visit here could answer a question for me. What is the optimum level of trance for acceptance of the hypnotic suggestions? Currently, I go so deep into trance I only hear/remember a few words here or there beyond the induction/deepening phase (if that), but I always wake up at the end. Its progressed to the point now when I hear EMG's voice I start to relax and let go. I AM seeing results, but I am wondering if I would get BETTER results if I try to stay 'more awake' and listen to the suggestions? Any experience, suggestions or insight would be appreciated....THANKS!

It is hard to test or know how deep you are when you are in trance, and trying can work agenst you. As long as you are following the suggestions you are doing fine. If you (wake up ) at the end you hear ok and are doing well. That is a good test. You can add suggestions to remember if you want or add other test.
