I'm not sure, but I don't think you can make mp3-files with Virtual Hypnotist. That program is intended to play the files for you instead. So you don't need mp3. The bad thing about this approach is, that you need a computer present for hypnosis. But you might consider using a microphone and just creating your own spoken scripts, that you can save in mp3 and use in a mp3-player. Works just as fine.

Making scripts is not something you can learn over night. It takes a lot of studying to know what to put down in the script. However you might find some inspiration at
http://www.hypnosis.com/trance/index.html
They have lots of good scripts. These can be modified relatively easily to fit other needs. Or you can look at some of the scripts on this site to see how it's done.

You could always download one of the free files and then transscribe the script yourself. If you skip the induction in the file, there is no chance of going into trance inadvertently!

Most files are free. The Premium, you see on many of the files only apply to the script or body of the files. Try clicking a file name. There is a whole section to the left on all pages - "Files - New/Top 10". If you scroll down to the section called "Newest Free Files", you can see a whole bunch of files, where the main file has been on the site for more than 4 months and is now free. The script, body, binaural versions of the file are not - however. Try finding the file Cardigan - Enhancement and Acceptance. You will see to the right, it says body/Subliminal/Binaural. They are not free, but try clicking on the filename itself, and you will begin downloading the file.
