Well, it took a little bit more than 6 sessions.
After I writing here, I listened to the file again and then tried the test. I stayed motionless for somethin glike 30 seconds.
I tried a few more times with the same effect.
Then I listened to the deepening files and then the Freeze2-file, test, but no improvement.
I then tried the suggestible file, and that was an interesting experience.
Sitting in front of the computer, updating some of my Excel-files wile listening to EMG talking, as he said, to my subconscious mind, but I could hear everything. The first two times I could remember everything he said, but the third time I found I had difficulties in trying to remember exactly how he frased it. After the fourth time there was like a curtain was hung in my mind, hiding the words from the file. This was an interesting feeling, but it started to bother me. I am a very curious person, almost anything is worth finding out, but I also want to remember it all (wich, of course isn't possible), so my mind started to react to the forced memory loss.
When I tried TrigFreeze2 again and then tested it, it didn't work at all! Not one second of motionlessness.
I listened again to the suggestible file, but found I didn't really like to listen to it.
I decided to stop listen to it, and erase the files from my mp3-player and from my computer. After doing that I felt a great relief, and wanted to tri the TrigFreeze2 file again. I did so, and when I tested it I stayed motionless for three and a half minute!
An hour later I tried the deepening file, and then TrigVagina, a file I listen to every day, since I want to have hypnotic hallucinations, and this is, I think, an easier file than many other that wants to change the entire body. Anyway, I listened to that, and found myself going much much more deeper and heavier than ever before. Waking up I tried the trigger, and felt some feelings of change in my body, but, as usual, I could'nt feel any changes with my hands. I know I have to practice for months before acheaving good results, so I wasn't really disappointed.
Then I tried the Freeze test file, and this time I stayed motionless for the full 10 minutes!! Without having listened to the file since the last testing! I can tell you I felt proud and happy by finally having a success.
So I now feel I have come to terms with what I can and can't do at the moment, and I look forward to experience new sensations.
I hope this is'nt boring you, but I felt I had to write it down to show myself and others that your mind is something to take care of and respect.
