I was wondering, is there a file that makes you see yourself as another person/creature when you look in a mirror?
Could that be a first step into seeing your own body changing?
I know I have great problems with visualizing, and perhaps people like me need something easier (if it is) to start with.

I believe there is one. I would tell you the name of it but at the moment I cant remember. Go to the files list and read through the descriptions and you should be able to locate it.

There's a file called VisualizeHelp, might want to give that a try, if your imagination is being uncooperative.

FurryTransformation is supposed to have that kind of effect as well as a couple of others. :)

Basically, do a search for 'hallucinate'. That should help find a few.

I did'nt find anything like what I had in mind, so I made a suggestion myself. It is called "TrigMirrorImage" and is up for voting now.
