Hello,

I have a hard time getting into a trance. Sometimes I can feel I am getting ready to go into a trance (around 2) and when the file gets to 1 I wake. I have read the previous postings about this issue. I was wondering who the female authors of the files on this site are? I like female domination so I was thinking if I try an induction by a female it might work better for me until I get used to the feeling.

Nah, basically this sounds like a textbook description of an effect that hinders people from trancing out: Fear.

Find out what you expect to happen in trance and be totally honest to yourself.
If there's a fear and/or the file in question wasn't something you really wanted in the first place (for yourself that is) chances are you will have to make up your mind and firstofall get rid of the fear.

You do know that it's a sign of highly intelligent people that they can accept all suggestions easily and instantly, right?
And of course lateron highly intelligent people just get rid of the suggestions that turned out to be unwanted after trying out.

So what's it gonna be? ;)
