Sexual Arousal - good or bad?

Hi,

I have a few questions about listening to the files whilst sexually aroused.

I want to know whether feeling sexual arousal whilst listening to the files hinders the process of going into the trance? Is your consciousness or subconsciousness more involved with the feelings of sexual arousal to allow the messages within the file to have any effect?

Does it also depend upon the intent of the file too? I mean that if I am listening to a file to train me to have an orgasm through anal sex, is it a good thing to be aroused whilst in trance?

I would be interested in any thought anyone may have on this matter.

As long as your mind isn't distracted, it doesn't really matter. Plenty of people get aroused when doing activities that interest them. It's only a problem when they let it distract them from the subject at hand.

I found the first couple of times I listened to 'CurseCum', I was so worked up before hand that I didn't really trance properly. I just couldn't concentrate throughout. As a result, they didn't work those times. I had to learn to just put the whole thought of what was about to happen to me out of my mind before listening to the file, so as to get as relaxed as I could.
