Amnesia/concious mind not registering parts of files...

Just wondered how long it's taken for people here to start obeying these directives in the files...

You know the type of thing "and now, this part is for your subconcious only, your concious mind will have no memory of the rest of this file, etc"...

Also goes for the "forget the next file" file. (TrainHypnoLoss).

I just don't know how to "park" my concious mind, and it hears the whole thing at the moment.
