I intend to use files like gold time and cum torture, but my visualization skills are weak. what are some good ways to exercise my mind in that so these files will work better?

Well, there is the "improve visualisation" file.

i could have SWORN i typed the phrase "in addition to the visualise help file," but there seems to be a female version as well now.

Well one of the best things to do, in my opinion. Is read books. I can't tell you how many times I've thought to my self " Man that was a cool show last night" Only to remember I didn't watch any tv. =p Or I guess another good way is to, create stories in your head. Or if you can't handle any of that... Well... Think of a girl you like and whip it out...? not sure on that last one lol.

Thanks for the suggestions, anything in particular that'd help imagination extend to other senses like touch? or should what's there work fine as well?
