I have something of a object fetish, so this along with the freeze and latex love doll files are some of my favorites. Yes it is a trigger file, I used it by myself with the test file.

How are you able to revert back to normal after you've triggered it on yourself? Or is the hypnoist the one who tiggers and waits a while and untriggers?

There is a test file someone made on this site that says the tigger then 10 minutes late the revert phrase.
