get with a 'tist from this site and just work with him/her. There is no need for a file just for a 'tist to trance you and reinforce the need in you to lose weight. If you discuss this first with the 'tist the method of losing weight will surely be worked in with your lifestyle

Posted: June 21st, 2008, 8:09 amI am just a normal guy who has gone from 208/lbs to 180/lbs. I want to wieght around 150/160's. I just love the idea of wanting to look "skinny". Would love to have help getting there. Is there a proper file?
