Does anyone know, or has anyone experienced a general warmness or cold sweats after hypnosis. Since I started, my bed is soaked with sweat almost every night, and its not really hot around here right now... I have to get up in the middle of the night to change my shirt and stuff.

Also, if I do it during the day, I feel kinda sweaty, not full blown, but just kinda a little.

If I listen in the mornings, and accidentally fall asleep, I am dizzy through the whole day, really annoying, but it only happens in that one instantce.

I experienced "heat waves" a couple of times during hypnosis. I just became really, REALLY hot (and not in the sexual sense, either), feeling as if the radiator had been switched to the max.
It never happened during the night, nor did I wake up drenched in sweat. But it was still a weird sensation.

I've had this kind of sweats if I'm sleeping and something wakes me up slowly, like a crescent ring phone or something.

Another side effect ive had the past few days, if I listen in the mornings and the dizzy effect doesn't happen, I sometimes go back into trance at random times...kinda like spacing out, only deeper. It doesn't happen at critical moments(driving, working, etc.) but recently I was just watching TV, and an hour will pass in a second, and I found myself wondering why Deadliest Catch suddenly became Mythbusters in the blink of an eye ^^'

For some reason after trance, sometimes I feel really lazy/comfy and just feel like curling up and going to sleep. Even if the file says to feel wide awake, sometimes the trance effects stick (as in feeling comfortable/not wanting to move).

I've never had cold sweats or gotten real warm, but I do almost always find my hands and feet get very cold while I am in trance. I think it is just from sitting and not moving around. I've had my feet get cold enough to bring me out of trance, but then again I don't feel like I have every succesfully gone very deep into trance since all the little sounds and noises still cause distractions.
