Can text-to-voice audio files work as triggers?

If I listen to a file that isn't a self trigger, and I use a text-to-audio website to make an audio of the trigger, will that work? I couldn't seem to find any answer to this. Thanks in advance!

It depends on you. It would work for some people, and won't work for others. Some people can even type a trigger and have it activate.
You'll have to try it out for you to know, and if you aren't happy with how a trigger activates or does not activate, you should seek out a hypnotist or a file to try to change it.
