Need a specific transformation

I'm looking for a werewolf transformation but an actual Lycanthrope file. Not one that transforms you into an actual wolf but one that makes you into more of an "Underworld" style werewolf where you're actually still part human.

The latter pronunciation is correct. Makes me wonder how long it will be until we see some Elder Scrolls themed hypnosis files.
