Yep, make the file using Audacity and then record a CD of a collection of her personal favorite music. Then use Audacity to embed the subliminal messages into the CD and give it to her as a gift or something. With the right suggestions, you could add it to anything you would play out loud that she might be around and play it. Also, there is playing such while she is asleep, though if you get caught with that, there will be some explaining to do.
