Sure ,, after listening to the CD several times ,, I began being able to summon more and more of myself into the workout ,,,,,meaning more and more muscles engaged in the actual lifts ,, and it manifested itself in the form of obvious muscle gains . I can elaborate a lot more if you like ,,,,,why dont you PVT me ,, I dont wanna bore the others *s*
