Depends how deep.Light trance you should have some idea of whats being said.Deeper trance is like sleep and you cant remember any or much of it.

As long as you wake when the file tells you too thats all that matters.

That has happened a couple of times to me. I have fallen asleep while listening to a file. However, I wake up at the very end when the counting has come up to 5 and says awake and relaxed. So, I'm hoping that I was listening to the file, right?

I tend to "fall asleep", and have no memory. Then I "just happen" to wake up at the end.

I asked a potential subject to listen to two induction files the other week.

He said "XXXX" won't work, I was wide awake and listening to it all the way through. It was nice and relaxing through.

"YYYY" will be the one, because I went under and remember nothing.

So I tried the trigger for YYYY and nothing. Tried the trigger for XXXX and BANG! he was under.

Everyone has different experiences of trance Don't assume the description for one person's trance will be what you experience.

Keep an open mind. and please point it in my direction ;)
