last night i went to sleep with my 3cd stereo fully loaded with hypnosis cd's
i fell asleep listening to a file but i could hear the cd in my dream, i remember vividly, in my dream it was actually like i was hearing voices that wouldn't go away (even after turning off my "dream" stereo) would this have helped my hypnotic training? or would there have been no effect?

yes it deffintly did help my training. on one of the cd's i have train bladder incont.
and i was going to the toilet about every 15 mins ALL day.
kinda annoying, i had actually been avoiding listening to that file as i am unable to wear diapers 24/7 and today was a day i couldn't wear at all.
