Can hypnosis do this?

Hello I was wondering if hypnosis could do this.

Say I'm watching a horror movie and I really want to be scared by it, can I use hypnosis to make the movie more scarier and feel actuall fear?

I also have trouble visualizing and reading. Can hypnosis help me like visualize better when I read?

From what I've heard, this is possible.

However, I haven't had even the slightest result with any file at all yet, so I can't tell you first-hand.

I also have trouble visualizing and reading. Can hypnosis help me like visualize better when I read?

There is a "Visualize Help" file created by EMG which may be able to help you. It's intended for other hypnosis files, but it might work for books too.
