Triggers are the easiest and most effective form of Hypnosis.
Even files without any specific triggers still uses triggers.
Any files that says "Whenever" Such and such, is installing a trigger.

"Whenever you see your hands you see Paws because you have been transformed into a dog" is still a trigger.

And also, Transformation without changing behavior is difficult and rare, Since most Transformations are about behavior.

Maybe you should say what it is you want to be transformed INTO first, and then narrow it down to ones that have less triggers, less behavior modification, ect.

Well, there is a pay file that I love called Cardigan Latex Love Doll. It does give you a trigger, but after the file is over it leaves you as a love doll for one hour. :D
