Hi everyone, not sure if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a thread with an answer, so here's my question: "What are the exact characteristics of being in trance?".

When I'm listening to the files, I'm not sure if I'm just falling asleep or in trance. Around the induction, I'm so relaxed that I think I go to sleep, but I more or less wake up when the file reaches the end where it tells me to wake up refreshed.

So I'm not sure if I'm in trance or just asleep, and want to know the characteristics are so I know to look for them.

Search forums for "lacrimation". I've posted 5 signs of trance before.

If you want to know, test. Listen to trigfreeze or some other trigger file that seems to you as though it will be easy for your unconscious to accept. And then trigger it off.
