Help-a-Newbie?

I read somewhere that it would be best, if you're new to hypnosis, to start with some easy inductions or something before moving on to the complicated stuff. Problem is, I can't quite find them, being new to this site.

Could someone maybe recommend some good ones for beginners?

Congratulations, arbuckle33. Now that you've posted your first message in the forum there's no turning back.

You want to Experience Trance

And you're willing to do what it takes

Kind of exciting, isn't it?

I hope you get lots of ideas. I hope lots of people answer your question.

Then, you can try lots of things

And eventually, you'll discover what you like

And since I'm first to respond, here's what I want you to try:

I want you to listen to the wildest and most exciting mp3 here on WMM.

Pick anything you like.

As dangerous and wild as you can find. It's gotta be the type of thing you could masturbate to - if you wanted to.

And after you listen to that wild recording just once - then listen to one of these:
    - Sarnoga - Learning To Listen Induction
    - Sarnoga - Follow Along Induction

Again, listen just one time through. And then turn off the mp3 player.

And Sarnoga - if you read this - congratulations on the excellent recordings.

Those phrases in italics are called embedded commands (The entire first sentence is as well, though it's playing a more reinforcing role in this case). They're really obvious when done like that, but vocally, they can be pretty effective and hard to catch. Listening for them will let you decide if you want to let them past your defenses or not.

Welcome to WarpMyMind, trancerider.

When you're ready, arbuckle33 is waiting for your recommendation.

You're right about the statements in my forum posting. I intentionally embedded suggestions in that response.

It's fun to learn neuro-linguistic programming.

It's fun because when you know NLP you can put it to use.

The fun comes when you try it out

    - A person could go to the library and find a book about it
    - Or go online and look it up
    - A person might even attend a class and study NLP

And when you're ready, arbuckle33 is waiting for your recommendation about an easy induction...
    - Waiting to learn what you've discovered
    - Waiting to learn what you've tried
    - And if you prefer, waiting to learn what you're willing to do

We all have strange desires from time to time

This really is the place to let go

I didn't pay MN_FriendlyGuy to say that, honest.

Thanks so much for the compliment FriendlyGuy.

Sarnoga.
