I've been trying to practice with induction files an dI havn't had much luck going into a trance state... do I need to just keep listening into these files or are there any tips I should follow?

Try going into trance on a place like your bed. Loop SublimTrainSusceptable when your going to sleep. Replace your Induction with Deepening2, which tries to achieve a perfect level of trance. That's what I did, and I can get a pretty good trance now. Hope I helped.
