So I've listened to the Bubble induction, Blink's GG file, and a couple of EMG's files about 20million times. However, I have no idea if the triggers work or not and I'm finding it kind of hard to trance anymore.
Is it possible to "overdose" on hypnosis so it doesn't work anymore?

considering trance state is the attainment of a healthy mind, i guess you could overdo it and need a rest. Perhaps there's something else in your life affecting you this way. Either way, a break might help.

this also happens in meditation practice. there are stories of those who benefited from rest, and there are stories of those who were rewarded for powering through it ("falling up").
