I've been listening to files and have noticed that I haven't been going in trance as deep as I used to..I'm thinking of trying to add binaurals to my files in hopes that it'll take me down even deeper..Do they help or hinder success with files?

just depends on the range, i brought holosync first set of cds many many years ago and developed a deep trance, so its either the quality or not in the range of hz of the type of trance you want to be at

hrm well what binaural do u suggest I use then?

personally i would use anything that has been professionally made eg holosync or hemisync, there are a few torrents of them out there, amke sure they are lossless quality or .flac you will notice a huge difference between that and shitty bwgen made beats
