Should I remember my trance?

I've been trying to get in a trance for a while now, and I'm still not sure if I should remember my trance. At first I thought no, but the other night, listening to EMG's Curse Lucid Dream, I 'fell asleep'. I woke up as soon as it was over, pissed off that I fell asleep, and went to sleep. That night, I had a nearly lucid dream, which really makes me not sure if I should remember it or not.

Thanks for the help.

From what I've heard, if you woke up when it was over, when it counted you awake, then that means you were just in very deep trance.
If you were actually asleep, you would have slept on after it ended.
